Summer has well and truly arrived in Far North Queensland, and isn’t it just magic?
The tropics are at their most vibrant this time of year, palm-fringed coastlines shimmering in the sun, warm breezes rolling in from the Coral Sea, and that unmistakable FNQ energy that reminds us how lucky we are to call this place home. It’s the perfect backdrop for our Summer edition, and my team and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

Our cover story shines a spotlight on a major moment for our region – Cairns Fashion Week, held in November in it’s 3rd year, it was nothing short of breathtaking.
We were thrilled to see internationally acclaimed designers side by side with talented emerging local creatives, all bringing colour, culture and flair to the Cairns runway. We’re so proud to celebrate their work and the growing fashion identity of our city.
This edition is also packed with features that showcase the diversity of our region — from the cool charm of the Tablelands, to the relaxed lifestyle of The Northern Beaches, and the inspiring achievements highlighted in the Cairns Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards feature.
