Social good: Announcing a Weekly Shift for Women of Worth
Lulubelle’s owner gorgeous Beck Child’s passion to empower women has stepped up a notch with the Edge Hill boutique’s socially conscious Women of Worth program collaborating with other local businesses and moving from a monthly to a weekly endeavour.
Since being introduced two years ago, 24 women who have been nominated in need of love and recognition have been the recipients of a monthly, Women of Worth package.
According to Beck Child’s, each deserving woman has received a free styling session, a gift and a $150 voucher to spend in store at Lulubelle’s.
“We have had such great results from our Women of Worth and feel we are making a difference to the lives of local women – however I wanted to do more and have realised
that one woman and one business can only do so much,” Ms Child said.
With her vision to increase the number of recipients to receive a Women of Worth package, to a weekly initiative, Ms Child went in search and secured the support of other local businesses and individuals.
