Publisher’s Note | Winter 2024

Winter in the tropics is just magic and we couldn’t resist in showcasing our magnificent region and all it has to offer at this beautiful time of year.

Palm Cove was recently named #1 beach in the world! And to celebrate this incredible accolade we wanted to remind you all how much beauty is sitting right in your own backyard. It was an exciting cover story to capture in collaboration with local Palm Cove businesses and we were honestly spoilt for choice with photos after our cover shoot. No matter where you turned there was a magnificent photo op waiting for us. Palm Cove really is a gem in our crown.

Not to be outdone, the businesses on the picturesque Atherton Tablelands wanted to also remind you all of how special their countryside is in this cosy weather. So be sure to check out the pockets of goodness that await inside.

The Cairns Business Women’s Awards are upon us and at the time of publishing this edition the finalists who we have showcased in this edition, were gearing up for their night of nights, to hear who was awarded the gong in each category, and of course who would take out the coveted Cairns Business Woman of the Year 2024 award. All the winners will be published on our website and social media platforms.

This edition is jam packed! 112 pages of everything we ought to celebrate about Far North Queensland. We hope you enjoy reading it as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you!
